Dust-Tight
For products with no elevated exposure risk, dust-tight design contains standard powder and dust generated during processing, keeping the work environment clean without adding complexity to day-to-day operation. This is the standard configuration across most OSD production.
Containment
Where active ingredients require controlled exposure, sealed transfer points and pressure monitoring keep operators protected throughout dedusting, polishing, and product transfer, without slowing the line down.
High-Containment
At this level, cleaning is built into the process itself. A Wash-in-Place (WIP) system removes residual dust before disassembly, so operators never handle contaminated parts directly. Integrated pressure decay testing confirms the system is fully sealed before the next batch starts, keeping cleaning validation as reliable as the containment itself.
