How does it work ?
- FAT Preparation: Our After-Sales team handles your accommodation, transport, and meals to ensure a smooth, worry-free visit.
- Pre-delivery Follow-up: Before the FAT date, we review the FAT document, track all open points, and actively follow up to resolve outstanding issues.
- Validation and Closure: Once all test points are validated, our After-Sales team is notified.
- Delivery Confirmation & Documentation: We confirm the delivery date and share the finalized documentation with your team.
How do we conduct the test ?
- Complete Technical Documentation : You will receive a fully structured documentation package, including all required and properly referenced certificates, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance of the installation.
- Pressure Decay : Essential in high-containment environments, this test verifies that the equipment is fully airtight and meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Performance Test : The dust extraction capacity is accurately measured (in volume processed per hour) to confirm that the expected performance levels are fully achieved.
- Alarm Testing : All critical alarms are thoroughly tested (tightening sensors, diverter, metal detection,...), ensuring a safe and reliable system from the moment it is commissioned.
