Auto-Check


Our patented Auto-Check system automatically and continuously tests the good functionality of your metal detector process. The system inserts the three test pieces (stainless steel, ferrous, and non-ferrous) into the metal check head at regularly specified time intervals. In case of metal detector non-conformity, the machine will stop and generate an alarm signal. All Information is registered in the machine audit trail report.

Since the test pieces pass through the metal detector head in a separate chamber (not in contact with the product), there is no risk of product contamination with a non-detected test piece.

This solution is available in “DT” Dust Tight, “C” Containment ≤0EB4, and “HC” High Containment ≤0EB5 washable versions.
