3D microwave resonator
At the heart of the CW-150 is a 3D microwave resonator that delivers ultra-precise weight readings with an accuracy of ±1 mg (3 Sigma). This non-contact electromagnetic measurement is fast, repeatable, and proven through multiple industrial test campaigns and repeatability studies to stay within tight error boundaries, ensuring the highest level of product quality.
The CW-150 features a built-in calibration protocol based on a multiple linear regression method. Products are directed to a highly accurate weigh cell, housed in a sealed chamber, for calibration reference. Optionally, this chamber can also host a 4-parameter tester to measure physical attributes like weight, hardness, thickness, and diameter, providing additional offline quality control based on conventional sampling techniques.

All data are captured and processed by high-speed processors and stored in a CFR21 Part 11-compliant software with a clear, step-by-step interface. The system supports USB exports and OPC UA communication, allowing seamless integration into upstream or downstream equipment such as MES or PAT systems.
