This highly flexible diverter adapts to your production needs, allowing the filling of up to four containers with varying drop heights for tablets and capsules. By minimizing operator intervention inside the production room, it helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination between operators and products. The diverter can be seamlessly connected to any deduster or polisher.
To ensure uninterrupted operation, the system can be equipped
with a jam detection sensor that prevents unplanned downtime.
This solution is available in three versions to meet different containment needs: Dust Tight, Containment ≤ OEB4, and High Containment ≤ OEB5, all washable for easy cleaning and compliance.
