Modular elevation and polishing
The eCaps uses 400 mm modular segments, each equipped with a patented rotating module that elevates, dedusts, and polishes capsules from size 000 to 5. Three conveying heights—1000, 1400, and 1800 mm—allow easy adaptation to different layouts, with full interchangeability between polishing segments.
High-efficiency vacuum flow
A homogeneous vacuum flow delivers high-level polishing performance, while a uniquely engineered aspiration window ensures complete emptying for every capsule shape. The simplified, tool-free construction reduces the number of parts, making assembly, dismantling, and cleaning quick and efficient.
Integrated metal detection
The compact frame minimizes footprint and retention zones while accommodating metal detectors from Ceia, Lock, or Safeline. The system offers high detection accuracy combined with a fast reject mechanism.
