The Empty Capsule Eliminator offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for removing empty, broken, or open capsules before final processing. The system is built with four key components: a collection chamber, vacuum head, inlet chute, and exit chute.
As capsules pass through the inlet chute, they are exposed to a precisely controlled airflow generated by a Venturi vacuum system. This airflow can be finely adjusted using the included pressure regulator. When correctly set, the system uses weight differences to separate and suction lightweight empty capsules into the collection chamber, allowing only properly filled capsules to continue through the line.
This simple yet highly effective system helps improve final product quality and reduce manual inspection.
