Modular, easy-to-clean design 


The eFlex range features a new generation of segmented, modular spirals molded in Tritan copolyester. Each spiral segment can be removed individually, allowing fast dismantling, cleaning, and validation. The robust, fully transparent design offers a full 360° view of the tablets throughout the process.

High-efficiency dedusting

 

Enlarged circumferential dust extraction channels combined with central air jets immediately remove excess powder during dedusting. Tablets are conveyed to the outlet within seconds, ensuring excellent dedusting efficiency. The simplified, tool-free design reduces the number of parts and streamlines maintenance.
