The system is available in four conveying heights—1000, 1400, 1800, and 2200 mm—each equipped with a rotating module that elevates, dedusts, and polishes capsules from size 00 to 5. This modularity ensures smooth integration into a wide range of production setups.

A uniform vacuum flow delivers high polishing efficiency, while a unique aspiration window design guarantees complete emptying for all capsule types. The streamlined construction minimizes parts, eliminates the need for tools, and makes assembly and cleaning fast and straightforward.
Dust-tight and scalable containment options
Compatible with Ceia or Lock metal detectors, the DT (Dust Tight) configuration reduces operator exposure to dust and product. The system can also be upgraded to “C” Containment or “HC” High-Containment washable versions to match evolving process requirements.
