Installed upstream of the blister machine, the system automatically removes undersized tablets and fragments before they enter the feeding system. This prevents jams and reduces downtime, keeping the packaging line running smoothly and consistently.

flexible integration
A dedicated lifting system feeds tablets to the blister hopper at the required height, all within a dust-tight, closed design that maintains a clean production environment. The sorter can also be paired with a tablet deduster for a complete, connected handling process, and can be integrated directly into the packaging line when space is limited.
Fast changeover
and easy operation
Product settings are stored in a user-friendly interface to ensure repeatability and quick, automated changeovers. Only one format part is needed to adapt to any tablet size or shape, and the tool-free design simplifies assembly, cleaning, and maintenance. When combined with a deduster and Flex Connect, the system is also available in containment configurations up to OEB4.
