Flex Connect metal check system
The patented Flex Connect system ensures a completely closed Dust Tight transfer from the deduster to the drum without using tri-clamp connections. Vibrating parts are isolated from steady components to maintain optimal detector accuracy, while test samples can be introduced without operator contact. Multiple detectors are available, including Lock, Ceia, and Safeline.
Containment and safety
The unit can be configured as a Dust Tight, “C” Containment, or High Containment (≤OEB5) solution. Pressure monitoring and failsafe valves protect operators, and smart system integration allows test samples to be inserted safely. Conveying heights range from 500 mm to 1250 mm, adapting to various process requirements.
Easy cleaning and maintenance
The design reduces parts, eliminates tooling, and integrates all wiring and piping within the frame, saving space and minimizing retention areas for faster, safer operation. The High Containment models include a Washing In Place system for efficient end-of-batch cleaning, removing volatile dust before dismantling.
