Automatic tablet testing for IPC
This tablet testing unit is designed with strict separation between dust, fragments, and the production flow, making it ideal for continuous manufacturing environments. Tablets are sampled directly from the press and transported via vacuum through a flexible hose to the tester, where each parameter is verified against pre-programmed recipes.
The tester’s design prioritizes easy cleaning and safe maintenance, featuring a complete separation between the product zone and mechanical/electrical components. All parts are fully accessible and tool-free to disassemble, streamlining service and ensuring maximum hygiene.
The system is also available in Containment ≤ OEB4.
