Our expert service team will be there to guide you through the process, ensuring you have direct access to experienced technicians who can address any technical or practical questions you may have. This ensures you're fully confident in your equipment's performance before it arrives at your site.
How does it work ?
- Installation Scheduling: We coordinate with you to determine the optimal installation date.
- Installation and Reporting: Our technician provides a detailed installation report, verifying the machine’s condition and performance.
- Post-installation Follow-up: One week after installation, we check in to confirm that everything is running smoothly and meets your expectations.
How do we conduct the test ?
- Complete Technical Documentation : You will receive a fully structured documentation package, including all required and properly referenced certificates, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance of the installation.
- Pressure Decay : Essential in high-containment environments, this test verifies that the equipment is fully airtight and meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Performance Test : The dust extraction capacity is accurately measured (in volume processed per hour) to confirm that the expected performance levels are fully achieved.
- Alarm Testing : All critical alarms are thoroughly tested (tightening sensors, diverter, metal detection,...), ensuring a safe and reliable system from the moment it is commissioned.
- Communication Test (SAT only) : We ensure smooth and secure data exchange between the equipment and the press (error messaging, speed synchronization,...) to guarantee seamless integration into your production line.
