The IPC (In Process Control) is an innovative machine that includes sophisticated engineering. It provides unparalleled flexibility while meeting superior standards for output and quality of dedusting, metal detection, and high precision In Process Control tester for measuring the physical parameters of the product (weight +/-0,1 mg and thickness +/-0,1 mm).
Our iCaps integrate a 2 parameters tablet tester that allows you to automatically take samples from your production and to continuously monitor weight and thickness.
Real-Time process control & compliance
The results of the testing can be used to regulate your capsule filling machine. The stand-alone version allows to monitor simpler or older filling machines that do not have the regulation loop and may benefit from the stand-alone tester, generating alarms in case of violation of product specifications, while automatically creating a quality batch report.

The equipment is available in “DT” Dust Tight and “C” Containment (≤OEB4) versions.
The software is CFR 21 Part 11 compliant and includes user management and the possibility to collect data on a USB stick.
