Dust Tight transfer with patented Flex Connect
The Flex Connect metal check system provides a fully closed, Dust Tight transfer from deduster to drum without tri-clamps. Vibrating and non-vibrating sections are isolated to maintain detector accuracy, allowing detection of metallic particles as small as 0.4 mm. Test samples can be introduced safely without any contact between the operator and the product. All metal check parameters are monitored through the machine’s integrated HMI.
Modular design adaptable to full containment
Five conveying heights are available from 500 to 1500 mm. The Dust Tight version can be upgraded to “C” Containment or to “HC” High Containment ≤OEB5 with a washable execution. Pressure monitoring and failsafe security valves increase operator protection. Connectivity options can be added as needed, including diverters, samplers, IPC testers, and metal check interfaces.

The High Containment WIP solution removes residual dust before disassembly, ensuring safe handling of potent products. Integrated pressure decay testing verifies system tightness before production. The streamlined, tool free design reduces parts and retention areas. Fully integrated wiring and piping create a compact machine footprint that helps save space in the production room.
